Praktice provides cloud storage for presentation materials, virtual presentation practice tools, account management features and related presentation services.

3. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate registration information, maintain password confidentiality, be at least 18 years old, be responsible for all account activity, and notify us of unauthorized access.

4. User Content

Users retain ownership of uploaded content, grant us license to store and process content, must have rights to share uploaded content, are responsible for content backup, and must comply with Content Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

App and features are our intellectual property. Users may not copy or modify the service. Trademarks and logos are protected. Third-party content rights are respected.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime, regular maintenance with notice, backup systems and technical support. But we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation or specific features availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, third-party actions, indirect damages or lost profits.

8. Termination

We may terminate service for policy violations, for extended inactivity, for non-payment, or at our discretion with notice.
