What is Praktice?

Most of us rehearse in the living room, at a desk, in the car, or in front of a mirror. None of those feel anything like the stage you'll actually be standing on.

Praktice closes that gap. It's a flight simulator for public speaking, dropping you into a virtual replica of your presentation space so you can rehearse immersively, with AI feedback, building the confidence to deliver on presentation day.

How does Praktice help me prepare?

Confidence comes from knowing exactly what to expect. Praktice lets you step into a realistic simulation of your presentation space, complete with a timer and slide navigation, to build muscle memory.

What is a panorama photo?

A regular photo captures whatever is in front of you. A panorama captures the whole room, taking in everything you'd see if you stood in one spot and turned slowly all the way around.

It's a mode already built into your phone's camera: hold the phone up, press the button, and turn slowly while it stitches everything into one long, wide picture. That's all Praktice needs.

Which headsets does Praktice work on?

Praktice runs on Meta Quest 3, Quest 3S, Quest 2 and Quest Pro.

Nothing else to buy. If you already have the headset, you have everything you need.

How do I get started?
  1. Take a panoramic photo of your room, standing where you'll be speaking from.
  2. Sign up for a free account at Praktice.com, or log in, and upload the photo along with your slide deck.
  3. Install Praktice from the Meta Horizon Store.
  4. Put your Quest on, open Praktice and voilà.
Do I still need my phone?

Only for the photo. The panorama comes from your phone's camera, because that's the camera you'll have with you in the room.

Everything after that — the upload, the rehearsal, the coaching — happens on a computer or in the headset.
